Lie down. Floor, bed, couch. Anywhere flat, and it takes about as much room as a yoga mat.

Rest your neck into the curve. The weight of your own head does the work. No effort from you.

Set a timer for ten minutes. Put your phone face down, and then just lie there.

There's a second half to this

The Arc is the ten minutes at the end of the day. The Atlas is the seven hours that made you need them.

It's a contoured seat cushion for the chair you already sit in, with a channel cut through the back so your tailbone stops carrying your weight. Most people start with the Arc. The ones who sit for a living end up with both.

Why I made this

Every neck gadget I bought had the same life cycle. Two weeks of using it, one week of meaning to, then a drawer.

The problem was never that they didn't work. It was that they asked too much. Charge it, download the app, learn the routine, then remember to do the routine. By the end of a long day, when my neck was actually bothering me, the last thing I wanted was a project.

The Arc asks for one thing. Lie down for ten minutes. No cord, no app, nothing to learn. It's firm foam shaped to hold your neck in the one position that lets a day of tension let go, and it works the first time you use it.

So here's the deal I'll make with you. Use it for 30 days. If it doesn't do what I said it does, email me and I'll refund you, and you keep the Arc. I'm not interested in your money if it's going to end up in a drawer.
