Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Serenzo Arc is manufactured and shipped from overseas. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from dispatch. That's the honest range rather than a best case, and we'd rather tell you now than have you wondering on day ten.

Serenzo Atlas ships from a warehouse inside the United States. Delivery typically takes about 10 business days.

Occasionally customs or carrier delays push a parcel beyond those windows. If an Arc passes 5 weeks or an Atlas passes 3 weeks, email us and we'll resend or refund, your choice.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number once the parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking often shows nothing for the first few days after you receive the number. That's normal on these routes and isn't a sign anything has gone wrong.

Customs and duties

For US orders, any applicable duties are already handled. You won't be asked for extra payment on delivery.
