Before you ask
How big is it, and how firm?
22 cm across, 17.5 cm deep and 12.5 cm tall, which is about 8.7 by 6.9 by 4.9 inches. Roughly a shoebox footprint, and light enough to carry in one hand.
It's dense moulded foam, firm the whole way through, with no give when you press a thumb into it. That firmness is what does the work: it holds the curve under the weight of your head instead of collapsing under it, which is the difference between a stretch and a pillow. Firm isn't the same as hard against your neck, though. The shape spreads the pressure along the muscle rather than into one point.
What does it actually feel like?
Like someone pressing a thumb into exactly the spot you'd have asked them to. The pressure arrives in the first few seconds, your shoulders drop, and it turns into the good kind of ache, the one you normally have to book an appointment to feel.
It isn't something you endure. You shouldn't be lying there counting down. If the pressure feels sharp rather than deep, it's sitting too high on your neck. Slide it an inch or two further down so the curve sits under the base of your skull instead of against bone. That's the whole adjustment, and most people find it inside a minute.

I'm not going to pretend the shape is a secret. You can find something that looks like the Arc for less, and some of it comes out of the same moulds. What you don't get at that price is anyone standing behind it. No refund that doesn't involve posting it back at your own cost, no address that reaches a person, and nobody to answer when it turns up looking nothing like the photo.
What the difference buys you is thirty nights to decide, a refund where you keep the Arc, and contactserenzo@gmail.com, which is me and not a helpdesk. If that isn't worth it to you, buy the cheap one. I'd rather that than you buying this and regretting it.
How long do I use it for?
Ten minutes does it. Lie down, rest your neck into the curve, breathe, and let the tension unwind. By the end your neck and shoulders feel loose and relaxed. Once a day, or any time the tightness creeps back.
Where and when should I use it?
Anywhere you can lie down flat, whether that's the floor, your bed, or the couch. It takes about as much room as a yoga mat. It's a favourite after a full workday, a long commute, or a rough night's sleep. Keep it somewhere visible so it becomes part of your evening instead of something forgotten in a closet.
